A sign in NYC condemning Hamas (video snippet)

Hamas has mobilized its militant forces across the Gaza Strip, bracing for the resumption of full-scale war with the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) after defiantly refusing to release Israeli hostages on schedule. According to journalist Dia Hassan, the terrorist organization has ordered its operatives to cease all cellphone communication, fearing that Israel has successfully compromised their networks—just as it famously dismantled Hezbollah's communications and weaponized it resulting in injuries to thousands of Iran-backed militants last September. This last-minute scramble indicates a growing sense of panic within Hamas leadership as Israel’s patience runs out.

Hostage Delay Sparks Global Outrage

Hamas, which had previously agreed to staggered hostage releases, abruptly announced a postponement over the weekend, citing so-called "Israeli violations" of the ceasefire agreement. The move provoked swift and unequivocal warnings from both Israel and the United States, with President Donald Trump delivering a forceful ultimatum: return the hostages or suffer the consequences.

The terrorist group’s theatrics reached new levels of depravity when it paraded three visibly emaciated Israeli hostages before cameras, coercing them into delivering statements praising their captors. The chilling propaganda stunt, which evoked historical horrors, was met with fierce condemnation. President Trump minced no words, declaring: “They look like they survived the Holocaust. It is time for Hamas to release every single hostage. No more games, no more delays.”

Israel Draws a Red Line: ‘Release Them or Face Annihilation’

Following Hamas’ defiance, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu convened an emergency security cabinet meeting on Tuesday, where a unanimous decision was reached: if Hamas does not comply by noon on Saturday, the ceasefire will be terminated immediately and military operations will resume with full intensity.

“The decision I passed in the Cabinet unanimously is this: If Hamas does not return our hostages by Saturday at noon—this war resumes, and we will not stop until Hamas is decisively defeated,” Netanyahu declared in a statement.

Netanyahu also confirmed that the IDF has been instructed to amass forces inside and around Gaza, preparing for what is expected to be the most aggressive military response yet. “This operation is currently underway and will be completed as soon as possible,” he added.

Meanwhile, the IDF has suspended all leave within the Southern Command, placing thousands of troops on high alert. Artillery, air force squadrons, and armored divisions are being repositioned, signaling that Israel is prepared to go all the way should Hamas continue its deception.

Trump’s Warning: ‘Let All Hell Break Loose’

President Trump reinforced his demands on Tuesday, issuing an unmistakable directive: all hostages must be returned immediately, not in trickles or selective groups.

“If all the Gaza hostages aren’t returned by Saturday at 12 p.m., I would say cancel the ceasefire,” Trump declared from the Oval Office. “Let all hell break out. Israel can override it.”

Trump doubled down on his warning, making it clear that Hamas was now playing with fire: “Saturday at 12 p.m., and after that, I would say all hell is going to break out.”

Trump’s blunt words underscore Washington’s impatience with Hamas’ tactics, as well as the growing international pressure for a final, unrelenting military offensive to dismantle the terrorist regime once and for all.

Hamas’ Feeble Excuses

A Hamas spokesperson, Abu Obeida, issued a desperate statement on Monday, attempting to justify the hostage delay by accusing Israel of violating the agreement. “Over the past three weeks, the resistance leadership has monitored the enemy’s violations and failure to fulfill its obligations,” he claimed, listing grievances such as delayed humanitarian aid and alleged targeting of civilians. However, Israel and the global community recognize these claims for what they are: stalling tactics aimed at buying Hamas time. The Looming Final Battle

As the standoff intensifies, the fragile six-week ceasefire stands on the brink of collapse. The deal, which initially involved the release of 33 Israeli hostages in exchange for nearly 2,000 Palestinian prisoners, has already seen five swaps take place. But Hamas' latest act of defiance has made one thing clear—its goal was never to negotiate in good faith.

Now, with Saturday’s deadline approaching, Israel’s message is resolute: either Hamas complies, or the IDF will resume unleashing its full military wrath upon Gaza until the terrorist regime is eradicated.

In the words of a high-ranking Israeli official: “Hamas has a choice—surrender, or face total destruction.”
