100,000 Aid Trucks and Counting: Israel’s Relentless Humanitarian Lifeline to Gaza in the Midst of War
While Hamas uses civilians as shields and the UN fumbles logistics, Israel keeps Gaza fed, powered, and treated—despite global lies about ‘genocide’ and ‘starvation.’
For months, the world has been bombarded with sensational headlines: "Gaza is starving!" "Famine is unfolding!" "Israel is to blame!" But behind this wall of propaganda lies a staggering reality that global media outlets, UN bureaucrats, and anti-Israel activists refuse to acknowledge:
Israel is single-handedly sustaining the humanitarian lifeline into Gaza—even as rockets fly, terrorists fire from schools, and international agencies fumble their duties.
The Numbers Don’t Lie: Nearly 100,000 Aid Trucks Entered Gaza Since October 7
Let that sink in: One hundred thousand aid trucks—each packed with food, medicine, hygiene products, baby formula, cooking gas, fuel, and water infrastructure components—have rolled into Gaza, coordinated and inspected under the most complex warzone logistics on Earth.
And this, while Israel faces an enemy that not only hides among civilians but actively sabotages humanitarian operations for propaganda wins.
“Starvation is a policy. What we are doing is the opposite,” declared an IDF official during an unprecedented briefing to foreign journalists. “This is the most extensive humanitarian effort ever carried out by a nation actively under attack.”
Who’s Delaying the Aid? Not Israel
The truth: Aid is entering Gaza. Distribution is failing.
Why? Because Hamas seizes, hoards, and sells aid—and the UN, despite having over 250 staffers on the ground, either can’t or won’t get it to those who need it. Meanwhile, the UN demands “proof” from Israel that Hamas is hijacking aid, conveniently ignoring hours of video evidence uploaded by Palestinians in Gaza themselves, along with firsthand accounts from Egyptian truck drivers who were threatened, assaulted, or bribed by Hamas operatives. The UN knows exactly what's happening. But instead of confronting it, they’re running a PR campaign—weaponizing the ignorance of anti-Israel protesters to wage a narrative war. In their eyes, strength in numbers replaces strength in truth, even when the truth is nowhere in sight.
“Hundreds of UN trucks are in Gaza, many unused. Routes change, convoys are canceled—not because of Israel, but because Hamas controls the streets and terrorizes the drivers,” the official explained.
Israel’s role doesn’t end at the checkpoint. COGAT (Coordination of Government Activities in the Territories) works daily with 60 to 70 different international partners to navigate a minefield—literally and figuratively—of aid delivery inside a war zone where Hamas turns clinics into command centers and hijacks convoys.
🚨 Breaking: Assisted by @UNRWA, Hamas terrorists again take control of aid trucks today before they reach civilians 👇

Electricity, Water & Fuel—Even As Hamas Bombs the Grid
When Hamas launched its war, it began by targeting Israel’s own power lines that serve Gaza. Ten lines were destroyed. Israel restored one—and kept it flowing to power critical infrastructure like the Al-Mawasi desalination plant, serving thousands.
Meanwhile, a UAE-funded water pipeline coordinated by Israel is expanding into southern Gaza, and fuel—despite earlier Hamas stockpiling—is once again flowing in, powering UN hospitals and civilian shelters.
Even Gaza’s telecom networks operate thanks to Israel, which supplies the spare parts and fuel to keep mobile networks alive.
Israel to provide electricity services in Gaza, for use in water desalination and sewage. Under int'l law, Israel is not obliged to provide these services, especially as they can be used by Hamas for military purposes. But is nonetheless doing so for humanitarian reasons. pic.twitter.com/VsCL6oGoNh

Medicine Amid Missiles: Israel’s Medical War Effort
Israel has helped establish 14 field hospitals across Gaza since October—staffed by Jordanian, Emirati, Red Cross, and Doctors Without Borders teams. Thousands of patients have been medically evacuated from Gaza through Israel, some by plane to EU hospitals via Ramon Airport.
Aid has included:
-
Emergency blood supply deliveries (*donated by Israelis for the most part)
-
Polio vaccine shipments
-
Dual-use medical equipment like oxygen concentrators, incubators, and mobile x-ray systems
Even baby formula shortages were addressed at the request of UN agencies—with Israeli customs fast-tracking the shipments.

The Gazans complained that there was no baby formula in the Strip.
Trucks loaded with baby formula entered - for free.
Now the goods are being sold in Gaza’s markets: a large package for 450 NIS, a small package for 250 NIS.

Hamas Uses Hospitals as Shields. Israel Turns Them Back into Hospitals.
Let’s not forget what the international media won’t say out loud: Hamas embeds itself under hospitals.
At the European Gaza Hospital, IDF forces eliminated Hamas commander Mohamed Sinwar, who had been directing attacks from beneath the maternity wing. When the hospital courtyard was struck, the UN rushed to accuse Israel of targeting a medical facility—using images of the crater while deliberately omitting footage showing the exposed terror tunnel beneath. Weeks later, when the Palestinians confirmed Sinwar’s death, global media and UN officials acted as if the strike had never occurred. For them, the PR damage was already done. Once again, they relied on the gullibility of the masses—people conditioned to accept headlines without question, even when undeniable facts are staring them in the face. Hostages were also held in these hospitals—clear war crimes, conveniently ignored by the so-called human rights community.
Despite this, Israel has coordinated and protected medical aid for civilians.
I can’t believe I have to even post yet another video, but I’ve had comments that the last 3 videos I’ve posted don’t confirm the tunnel is under the European Hospital 🤦🏽♀️

Humanitarian Airdrops and Daily Pauses in a War Zone
Where ground delivery is impossible, Israel clears airspace for humanitarian airdrops, carried out by the UAE, the U.S., and others. It also creates daily humanitarian corridors, where all IDF activity is suspended—sometimes even without prior coordination.
More than 17,000 humanitarian movements inside Gaza have been coordinated by Israel since the war began. Think about the precision, manpower, and compassion that requires—from a nation under fire.
As part of ongoing efforts to facilitate humanitarian aid to Gaza, the IDF, under political guidance and in coordination with international partners, carried out an airdrop of essential supplies, including flour, sugar, and canned food. Fighting the Lie: Starvation Is NOT Israeli Policy
At the heart of the media smear campaign is one toxic accusation: that Israel is "weaponizing hunger." This is not just false—it’s a blood libel.
“This isn’t an earthquake or flood. It’s war. And we are fighting not against civilians, but against terrorists who use civilians as human shields,” said the IDF official.
Israel sends in vegetables, fruits, fresh meat, cooking oil, and legumes. The only thing Hamas hasn’t hijacked is the truth.
“There’s even agriculture in Gaza,” the official noted. “Local markets are still open. Aid is entering. What’s missing is a partner that actually wants to help its people—not exploit their suffering.”

The Real Bottleneck: Hamas, Not the IDF
While international organizations moan about restrictions, it’s Hamas that blocks aid, steals fuel, and threatens UN drivers.
And when WHO trucks got stuck in the West Bank, it wasn’t the UN that fixed it. It was Israel—which rerouted the aid directly through COGAT coordination.
“We stepped in when others failed,” said the official. “Because unlike Hamas, we value every human life—even those raised to hate us.”
Bottom Line: Israel Does More for Gaza Civilians Than Gaza’s Own Leaders
From field hospitals to desalination pipelines, from 100,000 aid trucks to airspace for airdrops, Israel’s humanitarian commitment is unmatched—especially by the very actors accusing it of genocide.
So when the UN wrings its hands, and the media runs with Hamas-fed headlines, ask this question:
Who’s feeding Gaza? Who’s treating its sick? Who’s restoring its power and water—while terrorists shoot from mosques and launch missiles from playgrounds?
The answer, again and again, is Israel.
