Two Chassidic Jewish men in their 40s and 50s were injured Tuesday morning in a shooting attack on Pierre Van Passen Street on the outskirts of the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood in East Jerusalem.

On the eve of the Israeli Holocaust Memorial Day, a handful of protesters arrived at the Holocaust Day commemoration event at the Tel Aviv Synagogue "Hikal Yehuda", where Knesset member from the Likud Party, Boaz Bismuth was set to speak. Left-wing protesters who oppose the government waited for Bismuth to arrive and interrupted his speech, based on social media published footage (see below) and reports by Channel 14’s political reporter Motti Castel. Protesters shouted at the MK "Why did you come here?" and "that he won't be here, we won’t allow him to say a word. Shame on you for coming!"

In preparation for the upcoming Holocaust Memorial Day in Israel that begins Monday evening, an extraordinary performance powered by Artificial Intelligence was presented for the first time in Tel Aviv, bringing back to life six victims of the Holocaust who told their personal stories through the initiative of the “Shem Vener” association and in collaboration with the Tel Aviv Municipality. The members of the Israeli Economist Forum issued a statement Sunday morning on the downgrading of Israel's credit rating outlook from "positive" to "stable", and attacked the response of Prime Minister Netanyahu and Finance Minister Smotrich, who claimed: "The economy will remain stable". Among the senior officials who backed the Forum's statement was the former governor of the Bank of Israel, Prof. Jacob Frankel.
