Just before the finalized lists for the Knesset had to be submitted to the Board of Elections under Israeli law, the Arab parties decided not to unite as they had in the past. Now it seems that the decision to run separately, along with typical low voting percentages in Arab society, may cost them some representation within the Knesset.
