Israeli right-wing parties, like their counterparts across the globe, tend to hold a socially conservative base. Although the term conservative has been changing regarding women's rights and LGBT rights, a few underlying issues remain. The main one is how many women are included in these parties, and even the popular Likud party struggles to bring equality to their ranks.

The topic of 'Twitter Bots' has been a recent social media trending topic thanks to the saga over a buyout of the social network by Elon Musk. During the due diligence phase of the process, Musk put a spotlight on an issue that affects everything from digital marketing to politics and election integrity. Israeli politicians tend to avoid these topics, and it has not been a big deal within the country, but it seems that may no longer be possible.
One dark shadow that hangs over Israel and gives anti-Israel activists material to use in their arguments is the inherent corruption within the Israeli government. The fact that a former Prime Minister (Olmert) went to prison for corruption and the fact a former President (Katzav) was convicted of Rape is shame enough ā but the ongoing Netanyahu corruption trials as well as this most recent development within his party only serves to harm the reputation of the Jewish State.

President Donald Trump had once said that the bond between Israel and the United States is one not just of friendship but true conservative philosophy rooted in the historical texts of the Bible. Building upon that sentiment, the standard-bearer of the Conservative movement in America arrived in Israel for a new initiative, one they hope to repeat annually.
