In another sign that the Abraham Accords, brokered under US President Donald Trump, is living up to the hype, the Dubai Multi Commodities Center (DMCC), the leading free trade center and the Dubai Government Authority for Commodity Trade and Entrepreneurship, reported that the diamond trade between the United Arab Emirates and Israel reached 1.75 billion dollars in 2022, an amount representing an increase of 163% compared to the previous year.

Recently, work began on the construction of a new residential neighborhood that includes 100 villas in Area B of Judea and Samaria, intended for convicted terrorists who sat in Israeli prison for over 5 years. Area B is under the civilian responsibility of the Palestinian Authority and the security of the Israel Defense Forces. The group behind this project is the association "Al Karama Corporation for Prisoners' Housing" whose members are Palestinians who sat in Israeli prison for at least 5 years for crimes that include but are not limited to murder and harming public safety.

Amid the ongoing tensions between Palestinian terrorist organizations and the State of Israel, the deputy head of the military wing of Hamas, Marwan Issa, stated Wednesday morning on Hamas' Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades TV channel that "the political plan to reach our goals in the West Bank is over, and so is the Oslo agreement, the coming days will be full of events." Issa did not specify what type of events he was referring to, but it is likely they have to do with Hamas’s plans to attack Israeli civilians in Jerusalem and Judea and Samaria.

In a telegram sent by the spokesman of the Israeli embassy in France, Simon Seroussi, to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Jerusalem, he wrote that "in recent weeks we have detected a worrying phenomenon of French journalists, editors, academics, and commentators, known as pro-Israeli, who are expressing themselves for the first time in a critical way, even very critical, towards Israel."

After the Israel Defense Forces Airforce petition, which was signed by a number of officers who refused to show up for military drills as a protest against the judicial reform, a new petition against the refusals, by the graduates of the elite 'Duvdevan' unit, was released Thursday night, which is signed by nearly 300 combat soldiers. The signatories also attached a letter to Defense Minister Yoav Galant and Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi, in which they clarify that the refusal is not acceptable to them.
