IDF cameras were fixed on Gaza to capture launch trajectories

During the previous Israeli operation in Gaza, the terrorist organizations used what they call 'the war of consciousness' attributing the death of innocent and uninvolved people to the Israeli Air Force pilots. Perhaps the most memorable event is around a missile that fell on a house that had no connection to the terrorist organization or the Israel Defense Forces target map in the operation. The IDF, however, knew that it was a failed rocket launch by Hamas that caused the killing, but it was very difficult for them to prove it until a video shot in the Gaza Strip arrived and showed that the rocket was launched from a launch pit in the Gaza Strip and fell before it even had time to gain momentum.

With that in mind, the IDF came to this round of fighting ready for the global PR battle with special cameras to document the Jihad’s launches, interceptions, and failed rockets. According to the IDF, four non-involved dead civilians, including a 10-year-old girl, were killed following a failed rocket launch by the Palestinian Islamic Jihad organization that fell in the Gaza Strip.

Since the beginning of Operation Shield and Arrow, over 110 failed launches by the Palestinian Islamic Jihad terrorist organization have been identified. This is a ratio of one of four rockets being failed launches. In one of the cases, 16-year-old Rami Shadi Hamdan and 51-year-old Ahmed Muhammad Al-Shabaki from Beit Hanun were killed as a result of a failed launch made by the Palestinian Islamic Jihad terrorist organization. In addition, 10-year-old Lin Belal Abd Al-Salam Loh, and another 16-year-old were killed as a result of a failed shooting by the Palestinian Islamic Jihad terrorist organization in Gaza City.

The Palestinian Islamic Jihad terrorist organization fires indiscriminately at the Israeli home front, endangering and harming the residents of the Gaza Strip when about 25% of the launches it carried out fell on the territory of the Gaza Strip.

It is important for the world to see and know what kind of organization the State of Israel is dealing with, while meanwhile, pilots from the IDF have documented ending an airstrike immediately after noticing uninvolved children on site. During an attack on targets of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad terrorist organization in the past 24 hours by an IDF aircraft, two children who were not involved in the attack were identified causing the pilots to stop the attack.
