Google's parent company, Alphabet, and Israeli cybersecurity unicorn Wiz have terminated negotiations on what would have been a historic $23 billion acquisition. This deal, poised to be the largest in Google's storied history and the biggest purchase of a venture-backed company ever, has been scrapped.
