Tamer Ibraham, an illegal Palestinian worker from Jenin, faces serious accusations of raping the underage daughter of his employers, who was diagnosed with high-functioning autism and was not even 14 years old at the time of the assault. The tragic incident has left the young girl traumatized, resulting in her hospitalization in a mental health facility due to the violent nature of the rape.

According to the girl's family, during the extended period when Ibraham worked on their property, they provided for all his needs, unaware that his work permit in Israel was limited to daytime hours. They extended their trust to him, even offering him accommodation in a B&B on their estate. Unfortunately, this trust was betrayed in the most horrendous way.

The investigation, spearheaded by the Ma'alot police station, has led to the filing of an indictment by the Haifa district attorney's office. Ibraham is facing charges of rape, indecent acts, illegal stay, and other related offenses.

As detailed in the indictment, on the last night of his employment at the estate, Ibraham lured the young girl to the yard and subjected her to indecent acts against her will. He then forcefully dragged her to one of the B&Bs on the property, where he committed the heinous act of rape and engaged in sodomy while her parents and younger siblings were sleeping in their home nearby. Only the sound of a message on the girl's phone interrupted the assault, prompting Ibraham to order her to wait for five minutes before returning to her house. The brave girl managed to escape, alert her mother, and inform other family members and the police. Ibraham was later apprehended in the B&B where he had been staying with another worker.

The mother of the victim, referred to as Sarah (pseudonym), expressed her shock and disbelief at the incident. She recalled how they had welcomed Ibraham into their home and had taken great care of him during his stay. They had even given him gifts for his children and provided him with much-needed medicine for his diabetes. They had never fathomed that he would commit such a horrendous act, especially since he had recently shared a meal with them and participated in their religious rituals.

The heart-wrenching incident has left the family shattered and deeply affected. The authorities are now ensuring that justice is served, while the victim's family grapples with the aftermath of the traumatic event.
