As the 24th day of the war unfolds in Israel, the ground operation within the Gaza Strip continues to expand, accompanied by sustained airstrikes and artillery fire. Simultaneously, a significant Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) operation in Jenin has led to intense gunfights and the elimination of several key individuals associated with Jihadist groups within the city. Meanwhile, the IDF maintains a state of high alert along its northern borders, targeting both Hezbollah and Hamas installations responsible for launching rockets towards Israel.

In the ongoing clashes with terrorists in the Gaza Strip, IDF forces have successfully neutralized numerous militants who had sought refuge within buildings and attempted to mount attacks against Israeli troops. During one of these confrontations, an IDF-guided aircraft struck a meeting facility housing more than 20 terrorists affiliated with Hamas.

Throughout the night, IDF troops in the Gaza Strip identified armed terrorists preparing to launch an anti-tank missile near Azhar University. Swift action was taken as a fighter jet was directed to target them. Additionally, over the past day, approximately 600 targets were struck, including weapons depots, hiding spots, and gatherings of Hamas operatives, as well as anti-tank positions.

Shifting focus to another front, the IDF has initiated an operation aimed at dismantling terrorist infrastructure within the Jenin refugee camp. In response to Palestinian gunmen, Israeli forces deployed unmanned aerial vehicles and activated drones as part of their operation. As a result, at least four terrorists were killed, and several others sustained injuries.

Engineering tools employed at the scene revealed pre-positioned explosive charges buried beneath the roads. Furthermore, an observation post was discovered and subsequently destroyed, and a vehicle containing ammunition and military equipment was also neutralized. An additional suspect was arrested, and weapon components were discovered in their possession.

Activities in Judea and Samaria have been continuous and have even intensified since the outbreak of hostilities. IDF forces, in collaboration with the Shin Bet, are actively working against terrorist organizations to thwart the campaign's expansion into other sectors. Notably, last week, an IDF aircraft targeted an underground infrastructure beneath a mosque in Jenin, where terrorists planning a significant attack were believed to be hiding.

Furthermore, the IDF has taken action against a terrorist group responsible for launching attacks near Mount Dov, close to the Lebanese border. This operation also included strikes against the military infrastructure of Hezbollah, resulting in the destruction of numerous weapons that the terrorists intended to use for further attacks on Israeli territory.

During the night, IDF warplanes conducted precision strikes on Hezbollah targets within Lebanese territory in response to incidents in the north in the previous day. In a separate incident, a direct rocket strike struck a residence in Kiryat Shmona. Thankfully, the residents had evacuated the premises, and there were no reported casualties, according to Avihai Stern, the mayor of Kiryat Shmona.
