As the 35th day of the war in Israel unfolds, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) persist in their ongoing operation within the Gaza Strip and the invasion of Gaza City. Simultaneously, Israeli missile interceptors remain vigilant in thwarting larger ballistic missiles originating from Syria and Yemen, aimed at Israeli cities. Amidst a plethora of reports, the IDF has unequivocally stated that no ceasefire will be entertained without the release of the hostages.

The "security district" within Gaza serves as the epicenter of Hamas's intelligence and operational activities. It was from this stronghold that Hamas terrorists meticulously planned and executed their murderous attack on October 7th. In response, the IDF's Givati Brigade combat team, comprising infantry, armor, and engineering forces, has undertaken a mission to purge the district of Hamas terrorists and dismantle their extensive underground infrastructure. In the course of intense battles, approximately 50 terrorists were eliminated. Furthermore, intelligence documents were seized, and several significant tunnel shafts, as well as facilities for the production of explosives and anti-tank launchers, were eradicated.

Under the guidance of the Shin Bet and the Security Council, the IDF carried out the elimination of Mohammed Kahlot, the head of Hamas's sniper unit in the Northern Brigade. Additionally, members of the organization's Nohva force, including several operatives involved in the Gaza Strip massacre on October 7, met their demise. Ahmed Musa, the commander of the Nokhba company, and Omar Alhandi, a platoon commander, were also targeted and neutralized in western Jabaliya.

Ahmed Musa was known for leading raids on the Zikim base, Kibbutz Zikim, and the Yiftach outpost. In recent days, he had been orchestrating offensive activities against IDF forces in the western Jabaliya region. In parallel, reserve fighters from the 252nd Division, acting under the direction of the Shin Bet, foiled an imminent attack by 19 Hamas terrorists who were preparing to strike IDF forces. Additionally, the fighters of the 401st Brigade Combat Team located and destroyed a container situated on the seashore, housing approximately 20 rocket launchers. During a brigade operation in the Sheikh Ejlin neighborhood, a rocket launcher was discovered near residential buildings. All discovered weapons were either destroyed or confiscated.

Sirens blared on Thursday in Eilat and its surrounding areas, causing heightened tensions. Subsequently, it was revealed that the "Arrow 3" system had successfully intercepted a missile launched towards Eilat. Fortunately, no injuries were reported, and teams were dispatched to investigate reports of shrapnel falls.

The IDF spokesperson officially stated, "A missile was detected that was launched into the territory of the State of Israel and was successfully intercepted in the Red Sea area by air defense fighters using the long-range defense system 'Arrow.' The target did not cross into Israeli territory."
