Surprising data on the Israeli public's perception regarding Israeli communities in Judea and Samaria emerge from a survey by the Israel Defense and Security Forum (IDSF), published on the occasion of the Israel Security Conference, which will be held on Tuesday, May 9, in Jerusalem.

According to reports from a number of Israeli news outlets, The Knesset, with the approval of the Prime Minister and Defense Minister, is holding discussions regarding the development of a gas reservoir for the Palestinian Authority called "Marine" located about 30 kilometers off the shore of the Hamas-ruled Gaza.

Israeli Minister of Culture and Sports, Miki Zohar, said during an interview with Israeli “Channel 14” News that the solution to the never-ending fighting in the Gaza Strip and the constant rockets coming from Hamas is to reoccupy the Gaza Strip while disarming it and handing it over to the Palestinian Authority.

Special forces of the Israel Defense Forces raided a Nablus apartment building and killed the two terrorists who callously murdered mother Lucy and her daughters Maia and Rina of the Dee family in an attack at Hamra Junction in the Jordan Valley over Passover. The Israeli forces included undercover officers who disguised themselves as women and entered the old city of Nablus Thursday morning. During the exchange of fire that ensued they killed at least three terrorists, including the two murderers and another armed man who was shooting towards them.
