Israel is sending a message to Saudi Arabia with its strong support for Riyadh's campaign to host the 'Expo Conference', a huge international conference that Saudi Arabia wants to host in 2030. Mohammed Bin Salman (MBS), the heir apparent to the Saudi throne, is running a huge campaign to get Saudi Arabia chosen to host the Expo convention, as part of the foreign policy that the kingdom is leading, and Israeli officials are reportedly working behind the scenes to help the Saudi Prince in his efforts to land the Expo.

The Israeli State Archives published Sunday for the first time the official Israeli response to President Clinton's outline for a Two-State solution presented in December 2000. The document revealed that Israel agreed to give up part of its sovereignty in the Old City and the Temple Mount area, and demanded to receive eight percent of the West Bank without exchanging territories. The talks fell apart as the Palestinian side grew impatient, leading to incitement and the Second Intifada which was ordered by Yasser Arafat.

After two suspected terrorists were arrested by special units from the Israel Police's border patrol together with a team of paratroopers near Jenin in the early hours of Monday morning, explosives were placed on the roads from which the forces exited. In addition, explosives were thrown at them and a 'Panther' class armored vehicle was damaged by an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) planted along their route, which exploded under it, injuring a number of Israeli troops.

Defense Minister Yoav Gallant will meet Thursday afternoon with US Secretary of Defense, Lloyd Austin, in Brussels, the capital of Belgium. The meeting will be held in Europe and not in the United States due to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's refusal to allow ministers in his government to fly to meetings with government officials in Washington until he receives an invitation to the White House that has not come in the six months since taking office.

Menachem Ordman, a 33-year-old Jew and father of five who was wounded Tuesday afternoon in the shooting attack in northern Samaria was shot while he was talking on the phone and parked with his car in the intersection between the settlement of Mevo Dotan and Harmesh, near the Palestinian village of Ya'ebd.
