Early Sunday morning in Cairo, the Arab League members gathered for what they called “The Jerusalem Conference”. Many different Arab leaders were present, including the Palestinian Authority’s Chairman, Abu Mazen. While most of his speech was translated into English, a few minutes of Abu Mazen’s words were seemingly not delivered to the translator; those paragraphs included the Palestinian leader's claims of ownership not only of all of Jerusalem but of the Western Wall specifically. Abu Mazen completely ignored the historic Jewish presence in the Old City of Jerusalem and refused to mention the presence of the two temples under Al-Aqsa even once.
